Changes to regulations TR CU 010/2011 and TR CU 031/2012
The EEC Council introduced amendments to technical regulations of the EAEU “On the safety of machinery and equipment” (TR CU 010/2011) and “On the safety of agricultural and forestry tractors and trailers for them” (TR CU 031/2012) in terms of expanding their requirements for equipment for supplying tractor engines with liquefied natural gas (LNG) and tractor equipment equipped with such equipment.
Previously, technical regulations applied only to equipment operating on liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and compressed natural gas (CNG).
In addition, changes were adopted to the technical regulation “On the safety of equipment operating under excess pressure” (TR CU 032/2013), providing for the exclusion from the scope of use of gas-cylinder equipment and elements specially designed for use on self-propelled machines, agricultural and forestry tractors.
