Procedure for introducing changes to TR CU 024/2011 established
On March 30, 2024, the decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) No. 14 dated February 27, 2024, which determines the procedure for introducing changes to TR CU 024/2011 “Technical Regulation for Oil and Fat Products”, comes into force. We are talking about changes that are being made to the regulation by decision of the EEC Council No. 149 of December 12, 2023.
The new edition of the Regulation will come into force on December 22, 2024. At the same time, a transition period has been prepared for manufacturers and sellers of oil and fat products for smooth adaptation to changes. Permits for conformity assessment issued before the amendments to the regulations came into force will be valid until the established period, but no later than 12 months after the new edition of TR CU 024/2011 comes into force.
Also, within a year after the changes come into force, it will be possible to produce and sell your products according to previously obtained permits. As for products that have already been released into circulation, they continue to be sold until the established expiration date. There is no need to reissue documents.
