Amendments to EAC TR CU 033/2013
List of dairy products subject to declaration of conformity has been approved
On December 8, 2023, the official publication of the decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) No. 170 dated December 5, 2023, which approved the list of products subject to declaration of compliance with the requirements of TR CU 033/2013 “On the safety of milk and dairy products”. The list included 29 items of various dairy products. Among them are: dry milk bases; cream and milk; milk drinks; milk fat; cottage cheese, cheese, processed cheese; starter cultures for the production of milk processing products, etc. In all cases, before the release of the listed products from the list, it is required to register a declaration of conformity. At the same time, the document establishes that the rules for the import of products that are subject to state registration or veterinary and sanitary examination are enshrined in the provisions adopted by the decision of the Customs Union Commission No. 299 of May 28, 2010 and the decision of the Customs Union Commission No. 317 of June 18, 2010, respectively. For accurate identification, the EAEU HS code is indicated along with the name of the goods.
