List of products for which simplified declaration of conformity is not allowed has been updated
On January 1, 2024, Order No. 4324 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia “On approval of the list of products indicating the codes of the unified Commodity Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union, in respect of which the provisions of paragraph 6 of Appendix No. 18 to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 12, 2022, does not apply” comes into force No. 353 “On the peculiarities of licensing activities in the Russian Federation” dated November 15, 2023
The document will be valid until September 1, 2024.
We are talking about a new edition of the product range that is subject to assessment of compliance with mandatory requirements in the form of certification or declaration of conformity based on evidence obtained with the participation of an accredited testing laboratory, from March 21, 2022 to September 1, 2024, in respect of which assessment is not allowed compliance with the specified mandatory requirements in the form of a declaration of conformity based on the applicant’s own evidence.
Thus, the list has been replenished with new items, among which are: engines and generators, beer, wine, fermented drinks, ethyl alcohol.
