New positions in the list of products under TR CU 020/2011
On April 16, changes to the list of products subject to conformity assessment under TR CU 020/2011 “Electromagnetic compatibility of technical equipment” (Decision of the EEC Board 28 of March 14, 2023) came into force. The list has been renamed into the “List of products subject to mandatory assessment of compliance with the requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs Union “Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means” (TR CU 020/2011), in respect of which compliance with technical regulation measures in customs procedures is confirmed”.
New items added to the list:
• hydromassage bathtubs — HS code 9019 10 900 1;
• apparatus for manicure and pedicure — HS code 8509 80 000 0;
• electric plows – HS code 8425 31 000 0;
• copiers and multifunctional devices – HS code 8443 31 200 0, 8443 31 800 0.
For a number of positions, HS codes are provided. It includes the following equipment:
• scanners, printers and copiers (including multifunction devices);
• lamps: electric compact fluorescent, light-emitting diode;
• electric pumps;
• audio and video equipment, television and radio receivers;
• video games and devices for them.
