Mandatory labeling with the STR (CTP) circulation mark on product packaging

From June 21, 2021, the decree “On the approval of the procedure for labeling products, the conformity of which has been confirmed in the manner prescribed by Article 46 of the Federal Law of December 27, 2002 No. 184-FZ“ On technical regulation ”, comes into force.
What will this mean for manufacturers and importers of products?
All manufacturers and suppliers of products will be required to use the STR (CTP) mark on their products if their goods, which must have a mandatory conformity assessment, are not covered by any of the EAEU Technical Regulations. The CTP mark will be applied to goods after getting a Certificate or Declaration of Conformity.
