Standards for EAEU Technical Regulation 042/2017 were updated
On March 21, 2024, the official publication of the decision of the Board of Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) No. 25 dated March 19, 2024, which approved changes to the list of standards for testing methods for products as per EAEU Technical Regulation 042/2017 “On the safety of equipment for children’s playgrounds”.
Changes compose addition of a list of 3 new items, which include 2 documents: Instructions for use No. 016-1211 on methods for assessing hygienic safety of individual products for children. AMI.MN 003-2021 for determining mass concentration of e-caprolactam released from polyamide products (included in nomenclature in two positions: 511 and 731).
The documents will be used in the list until development of the relevant GOSTs (state standards). At the same time, AMI.MN 003-2021 will begin to be used only from October 1, 2024.
The new edition of the list will apply from April 20, 2024.
