EAC Rules and Regulations
EAC Rules and Regulations
Any single trade area has its own rules and regulations, so the EAC is no exception in this sense. The import of products into the territory of the Eurasian Customs Union and its sale are accompanied by compliance with the regulations in force here. If the product is subject to compulsory certification, then it must pass a series of laboratory tests with the formation of final protocols and receive quality confirmation from an accredited body. Depending on the type of product and the method of its production (mass, batches), appropriate certification schemes are selected, production control or only testing of samples can be included. If you need to get a certificate for importing goods into the EAC without delay, it is better to work with experts who know the rules thoroughly and will be able to organize everything correctly. Depending on the technical regulation that is relevant to you, the validity period of the certificate is determined.
ЕАС customs management and marking
Most of the regulations on marking the products, and any inaccuracy can serve as a reason for delaying a batch of goods at customs. The marking sign must be clearly readable, applied in a font of at least 5 mm. The place of the mark for each type of product is prescribed separately and must be strictly observed; no third-party markings or the EAC mark can be applied to goods that are not subject to certification. The EAC certification specialist must check everything and make sure that there are no violations that can lead to unpleasant consequences to avoid any problems before sending the cargo. Our team controls thoroughly these moments and is responsible for the result.
