What’s to be labeled from October 1, 2024
From October 1, 2024 the list of products subject to mandatory labeling will be expanded.
It will be necessary to label and submit to Chestny Znak information on such labeling and the introduction of products into circulation:
• edible vegetable oils packaged in glass and polymer consumer packaging,
• non-alcoholic beer,
• technical rehabilitation equipment for the disabled (support and tactile canes, crutches, chairs, orthoses, prosthetic units, supports, handrails, anti-decubitus mattresses and pillows),
• veterinary drugs,
• residues of unmarked antiseptics (unsold perfumery and cosmetic products intended for hand hygiene, with a declared antimicrobial effect, as well as unsold skin antiseptics introduced into circulation up to and including September 30, 2023).
