Changes have been made to the Procedure
EEC Board adjusted the procedure for filling out an application for release of goods before submitting a declaration for goods.
By Decision of the EEC Board dated December 27, 2023 No. 182, changes were made to the procedure for filling out Column 18 “Information about goods” when filling out an application for the release of goods before filing a declaration for goods (clause 36 of the Procedure), approved by Decision of the EEC Board dated December 13, 2017 No. 171.
The column contains information about goods for which application is submitted.
According to changes, additionally, if desired, information about labeling of goods by means of identification can be indicated; total number of identification codes for each unit of goods; code designation of the marking level; aggregated customs codes, etc.
You can also indicate classification code of the product according to the EAEU Commodity Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activity, including for goods subject to traceability.
The decision comes into force on April 1, 2024.
