Changes in the list of products with simplified conformity assessment
Ministry of Industry and Trade has made changes to the list of products for which conformity assessment is not allowed in the form of a declaration of conformity based on the applicant’s own evidence (Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation No. 1303 dated April 13, 2023).
According to adopted amendments, new positions have been added to the list of products for which simplified conformity assessment is not applied on the basis of paragraph 6 of Appendix No. 18 to Government Decree No. 353.
Products under the Government Decree No. 353 may be checked with the help of our Simplified Certification Check search engine.
Under the ban on the use of a simplified declaration of conformity, clothing and products made of textile materials and leather, fur products, sewing and knitwear, as well as underwear and footwear.
The changes come into force on June 03, 2023.
