Labeling of electronic products will begin soon
Mandatory registration of all participants in the “Honest Sign” system will begin on March 1, 2026.
Starting from May 1, 2026, manufacturers and importers are required to apply labeling codes, submit application reports, and correctly introduce their products into circulation. At the same time, labeling of remaining products produced before May 1 is permitted from May to end of November 2026.
Starting on December 1, 2026, circulation of unlabeled electronic products will be prohibited. And starting from March 1, 2027, mandatory transfer of sales data and scanning of codes at the checkout will be added.
Almost all equipment is subject to labeling: electronics and radio electronics, lamps and light fittings, sockets, relays and panels, smartphones, laptops, flashlights, car lights, and printed circuit boards.
This is to remind that all consumer electronics are subject to mandatory conformity assessment – TR CU 004/2011, TR CU 020/2011, TR EAEU 037/2016 have not been cancelled.
