Changes in the list of parallel imports from May 27, 2026
New parallel import rules will come into force on May 27, 2026, and they have been approved by Order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade No. 4769 dated September 26, 2025.
Optical, photographic, cinematographic, measuring, control, precision, medical instruments and devices were added to the list of parallel imports.; toys, games, and sports equipment.
Excluded from the list of parallel imports are computer and computing equipment brands ACER, ADATA, AIC, APACER, ASUS, AToS, CISCO, Compal, FUJITSU, HEWLETT PACKARD(HP), HITACHI, HPE, HYNIX, IBM, and others (HS codes EAEU Foreign economic activity 8471 49000 0 and 8471 70).
To import the excluded equipment, you need permission from the copyright holder or delivery through an authorized distributor in Of Russia. The reason for the exclusion of computer equipment was the development of Russian production and the protection of domestic manufacturers.
Important conditions remain in force:
- compliance with EAEU technical regulations;
- certificates/declarations of conformity;
- product labeling;
- if necessary, notification of the FSS and the license for the import of radio-electronic and high-frequency devices;
- the importer/seller is responsible for the guarantee and safety of the goods.
